You have accidentally chosen the wrong tree? Read below to find out how you can ask for a refund.

NOTE: You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To do so, you can write an e-mail to the Customer Care Team  ➡️

providing the following info:
  • 📥 The transaction code 

that you have received from Treedom in the confirmation e-mail of your purchase

  • ✉️ Your email address

with which you registered your profile on

  • 🗂️ Tree's ID code

If you are not able to find the transaction code and you don't remember your email, 

you also can send us the Tree ID, that you find on the profile section "Info".

Once we have the details we can proceed.

If the transaction is only being authorised, your money will be credited to you immediately.

Otherwise, it will be returned to you after a few days.
