Payment methods

The payment method used to purchase trees depends on which solution you have chosen for your business account:

👉🏽 For the Online Business solution you can pay for your trees directly from our website via: credit card, PayPal or direct charge ("Sepa direct debit");

👉🏽 For the Enterprise solution you will be contacted by one of our Sales Managers for a personalised offer and to conclude a contract.

What are the payment methods?
For the Online Business solution you can pay by credit card, PayPal or direct charge ("Sepa direct debit") 👛

Is there a minimum purchase to plant trees with Treedom as a company?
Yes, a minimum purchase of 20 trees per shopping cart or subscription service is required to activate the Online Business solution.

Does the minimum purchase of 20 trees only apply to the first purchase?
No, the minimum purchase of 20 trees applies to every purchase.

Are there additional costs for giving trees as gifts?
No, once you have purchased the trees online you can give them away to people at any time at no additional cost.

Will I receive an invoice after my purchase?
The invoice is automatically issued approximately three days after your purchase and you can download it directly from the 'Your orders" section of your profile. 🧾 

🇮🇹 If you are an Italian customer, you will receive an electronic invoice in your tax mailbox and a downloadable courtesy copy directly from your Treedom profile.

🌐 If you are an international customer, you will be able to download a regular invoice directly from your Treedom profile.


 

🍃 Enterprise solution


Is there a minimum purchase to plant trees with Treedom as an enterprise?
The minimum number of trees depends on the type of collaboration you want to realize. Our team will propose the most suitable solution for you.


Are there additional costs for donating trees?

No, once you have purchased the trees you can donate them to people at any time without additional costs.

Will I receive an invoice after my purchase?
Our team handles invoices for Premium accounts manually, together with colleagues from the Administration area. You will then receive your invoice according to the timing of the activity and the allocation of trees to the forests.
